Administrators can be determined using the menu option Edit - Administrators.

Unlike employees, administrators are authorized to:

  • make entries for all employees and also correct entries for past periods,
  • use the buttons checked Only for Administrators in the menu Edit - Reasons for Presence/ Absence,
  • change, export and import the data folder in the menu File,
  • use all menu options in the menu Edit.

The access authorization is controlled by the Windows User Name you enter in the field Windows User Name.

In order to delete an administrator, click on the appropriate line and delete the name and Windows User Name.
